October 3rd, Forgotten Coast Community Yard Sale-The Garden Shop will be participating by having a sidewalk sale in front of the shop along Commerce Street. We will have discounted plants and other merchandise. We will also have a sale along 248 Water Street, outside our other entrance. This area will be more of a traditional garage sale and will include furniture and other larger items.

November 6th, Downtown Oyster Roast-This year The Garden Shop will be hosting the Oyster Roast. Come and enjoy roasted oysters, artichoke and oyster soup, shrimp, crab, and homemade desserts under the stars in our beautiful setting. For tickets call The Chamber of Commerce at 850-653-9419. November 6th and 7th, 46th Annual Florida Seafood Festival-This is the oldest seafood festival in the state. Great seafood, arts and crafts. For more information go to www.floridaseafoodfestival.com.

November 28th, Historic Apalachicola Annual Christmas Celebration-Apalachicola will light up between 4 and 8:00. Santa arrives by shrimp boat at 4pm and The Garden Shop and other merchants will be open late for Christmas shopping. The Garden Shop will have cookies, coffee and tea as well as live music and local artists set up for your enjoyment.
